WINDOWS PICTURE AND FAX VIEWER

P

Paul B. Carnall

OS:- XP Home Ed.
I used to view my pictures (jpegs/tiffs) by double clicking them and they
would come up in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

Now when I double click an image they come up in Microsoft Photo Editor

I prefer to use the Picture & Fax Viewer for printing purposes but now
cannot find it on my system

The only changes I've made are 1.) downloading and installing Service Pack 2
which has not given rise to any problems so far; and 2.) Uninstalling Office
2000 because I have Microsoft Works.

Any ideas please
Thanks
Paul

Microsoft Photo Editor is a part of the Microsoft Office Suite. You may want
to custom install it from your Office installer.

Right click your picture and select Open With from the drop down menu.
Another menu will appear. from this menu select windows picture and fax
viewer.
Alternatively, if you have quite a few pictures to view right click on the
picture and select Preview from the drop down menu. The windows picture and
fax viewer will open. You can then print from there.
