Windows Picture and Fax Viewer has a Bug

When I rotate pictures the exif format file is distroyed,
so my camera can not read the files again.

When you edit a photo file (any kind of change, rotating, renaming filenames
etc.) your camera (any kind) will not be able to read the files. It has
nothing to do with reading the EXIF file. Your camera can read files made by
your camera and nothing else. You edit a file with any software, forget
about your camera being able to read the file.
