I've got a HP ze4910 laptop and a 3-in-1 HP 1310 series printer. Everything used to work fine. But after having hooked up the printer via USB after a month or so hiatus, the PRINTING WIZARD fails to respond every single time. I've already been through the simple answers ie reboot/ restart /degrag/ disk cleanup, but nothing seems to work. And I'd really like to print some f'ing pictures. Last time someone asked this question was last year. Hopefully, someone will respond to it, this time. Thanks, ahead of time.

*Forgot: Using XP Home Edition.

Nope, it's the separate Photo Printing Wizard. As it turns out, Service Pack 2 was supposed to fix a problem wherein it freezes when connected to the internet. Unfortunately, SP2 caused problems with something else, so I got rid of it.
