WINDOWS OPENING IN REDUCED SIZE

WHEN EVER A FAVORITES WINDOW OPENS IT IS IN THE REDUCED
SIZE AND YOU HAVE TO CLICK TO FULL VIEW HOW CAN THIS BE
CHANGED.

You should be able to just open, maximize, then close a
few times, and that should change it...

BTW - Posts are much more likely to be read if you use
proper capitalizations, NOT JUST THIS!

At least something on your pc works in reduced size.
