Windows NT Workstation and Windows Server 2003

I can't connect from Workstation to Server's file and folder shares. Ping is
OK and I can connect to IIS server. Computers are in different workgroups, no
domain.
Thanks for some ideas.

what do you receive if using net view \\iisname? if it is ystem error 5, it is permission. this step by step troubleshooting mayhelp, http://www.howtonetworking.com/Troubleshooting/notaccessibale0.htm
