Windows Mobile Versions

Currently developing on the Qtek 2020 which is running PocketPC 2003.

Somebody has just walked in with a SPV M2000 which is running Windows
Mobile 2003 second edition.

I've just tried running our application on it and i get several prompts
saying that the version may not show correctly as it was designed for an
earlier version. (that's when i install the opennet cf)

Question is, what is the main difference and does opennetcf support windows
mobile 2003.

Bit confused!

Thanks all.

It's basically a warning that the application or component might not be
resolution-aware. 2003SE devices can display at 640x480 resolution, which
is new. For ordinary, older applications, those devices use pixel doubling
to display the application with the same effective resolution, 320x240, as
on older devices, but the warning is telling you that you might not get
everything out of the device that it was designed to provide. We don't have
a version of OpenNETCF SDF released that is 2003SE aware, but your
application should work fine with what *is* out there; it just won't know
about higher resolutions (and screen rotation, etc.)
