Windows Mobile Second Edition Issues

Hello,

I installed a program made in VS.NET 2003 to a Pocket PC Second Edition and
i seen varios issues:
1). Control buttons and icons do not display or do not accept input.
2). A message for not compatible software due display issues.

How can i resolve this problem?.
