Windows Messenger for Win95

I need to move Outlook Express messages to a Win2000
machine and the other day (while on the Win2000 machine) I
found a download for a version of Windows Messaging for
Win95. Now, while I'm on the Win95 machine I can't find it
anywhere. Anyone know where I can download this?
