Windows Media Player

I have Windows XP . Home Edition.
I put in a music CD in my CD drive and I want it to open
in Windows Media Player automatically , but I can't get
it to do anything . How do I make WMP my default player
for my music CDs . Is there a setup I missed doing .

Start/My Computer/rightclick your CD-Rom drive (probably "D"/click Properties/then the AutoPlay ta
Select Music and beneath that tick Actions and select WMP, click Apply and OK
