windows media player vs realplayer 10.5

can someone help me with some questions about media
players?
1) How come when I import files from my music library
Realplayer 10.5 can find 1522 songs, but Musicmatch and
Windows media player can only find about 1150 songs.
2) How come when I import songs into my computer to
Realplayer , for instance, some songs are found twice. I
think i know the answer to this. Is this because Itunes
keeps a copy of some songs in its folder and this folder
is kept within my My music folder. Should I, and is it
safe to move the Itunes folder outside of my music folder.
3) How come I cannot contact Realplayer customer
supportl. I click on support, it looks like a browser
window is opening, then it stops or closes up.
and lastly
4) when I retype the info, or order of the information
to a song in the my music folder, Realplayer, Musicmatch,
etc, still imports the info the old way. Is there some
hidden place within each song in that folder that I have
to access and change the info in order for it to be
imported to a media player to proper way I've changed it
to? Make sense??? LOL

Possibly finding different file types. Realplayer can handle Real's
proprietary formats too.

Ask on a Real forum.

Ask on a Real or Musicmatch forum. They are not Microsoft products.

Regarding the last question....ok then, with Windows
Media player, how come when I change the info for a song
in my music folder, it imports it the original way before
I changed it. is there some hidden place where the songs
info is stored within my music foler, other than what you
look at when u look at a songs icon?

I don't know what you are referring to with importing. The track data is
stored in the file itself. Have you looked at the tag data in WMP,
either within the regular library columns or the Advanced Tag Editor?
