Hi, i had windows xp and windows 2000 installed on the same partition... bit
silly i know!! i deleted the WINDOWS file from C: and i am left with my WINNT
folder for windows 2k. i also deleated widows xp from the boot.ini. I updated
my windows media player to version 9 and i get this message 'The procedure
entry point GetUserGeoID could not be located in the dynamic link library
KERNEL32.dll' ..... any ideas? formatting is not really an option.

Many thanks, John Knight

John why isn't reformatting an option? Don't you think all the data in the world isn't worth an Op sys that's broke?
