Windows Media Player 9

Can any one help me out on this one. My Media Player won't go into "mini-mode" anymore when I minimize it. I have it checked off under the toolbars, when you right click on the toolbar and go up to toolbars there is a check next to Windows Media Player. It use to go into mini-mode but not anymore
