Windows Media ENCODER Component

Hello everyone
Does anyone have any idea, if a component for Windows Media ENCODER (preferably the 9 series, anyother series also welcome) just as the Meida Player component. If anyone has done it before, i mean as a custom component then would you suggest anything ?? The observation of the installation process for the encoder on my development system gives me hundreds of registry entries. So to design one custom component looks pretty messy ...

even if i some how manage to create one such component i dont think i can solve all the component dependencies, aswell as the functionalities needed for my end user. any suggestions please !

You can make it very small if you want to use DMO's.

What is the problem that you have?
