Windows media center

After booting up I go to start and click media center. Window opens. If I
click live tv it freezes. I must then log off and, log back on and then click
media center again and everything works fine. Sound familar to anyone? I
sometimes can get out of the freeze by ctrl+alt+delete, but not always.
