I'm new to Vista and Windows Mail. If creating a new message or forwarding
one,
is there a way to include a BCC (blind carbon copy) as there is with XP and
Outlook
Express? Any help would be appreciated.

Click To: and you should also see the BCC field.
or,
View | All Headers.
