Windows Mail

I had a very nice setup with my mail on the right side and my folders and
newsgroups on the left side. Now all I can see is one or the other after
searching all over for the setting. Windows Vista Ultimate

Could you please tell me where the setting is to get back to my original
setup. Thank you .

Not sure if this is what you mean, but look at...
View - Layout - preview pane - (.) beside messages
