Windows Mail

I have been trying to export my email messages from my bellsouth.net account
into my windows mail. I have been able to do this in the past but now I keep
getting this error message.
Account: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19
I do not know if the problem is with my pc or my server. I have tried
deleting my account in Windows Mail and resetting it up but to no avail. I
contacted bellsouth/att via live chat and followed the agents instructions to
reset my account in Windows mail. Please what does this message mean? And is
it a problem with my server or my pd?

I don't know, but these bellsouth.net instructions may help:

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled. The latest version of Trend's
anti-virus seems to be causing problems too.
