In XP I used Outlook Express and the spell checker used my UK English
dictionary in Microsoft Office. Now it seems to have it's own dictionary but
the only English available is US English which is somewhat different to UK
English. Is there any way of reverting to UK English please?

Sorry, not at this time.
You can add words like "colour" to the custom dictionary.
