Please ignore the complainers. They're living in the previous century.
(But if you ever get a letter from one of them, remember to bypass all the
attached memos etc. to get to the the last piece of paper to find out what
the letter is all about..)

Tools/Options/Advanced
"Reply/Forward"
Make selections as desired.

Post as you feel most comfortable.
Microsoft has not specified either top or bottom as preferred in these
Microsoft newsgroups.

"often frowned at"
And those that do are few but vocal in their complaining.
Interesting that most of the complaints come usually from a few bottom
posters and almost never from top posters.
