When I first got my new laptop, Windows Mail opened right away when I clicked on the icon. Now, after about a month, it seems like it takes so much longer to open. At least it IS opening, but was wondering why it is taking longer now?

Note that not all the causes in the tutorial that others are referring to are causes of reduced performance when Windows Mail starts.
