windows mail not showing date vise, it shows tree

dear friends,
please help me, In my windows mail ( Vista) Inbox show "+" symbol in each
and every message and and it making tree format. I want to see all message in
date vise, i dont need to make message. Sorry I cant explain properly. please
help me.

View menu>current view>click group by conversation to de-select it.
