Windows Mail not sending

G

Guest

I have a problem with Windows Mail in that when I compose and send an email
it does not send but just sits in the Outbox unsent.

I have checked the 'sent' tab in options in Mail and all seems fine. 'Send
and receive' does not give and error messages but mail does not send! The
emails were working when I 1st set up the computer a week ago but will not
send now.

There are no big files, most have no attachments and to a single email
address.

I have contacted the PC co (Medion) who says it is a ISP issue, and the ISP
(TalkTalk) say webmail is working so is not an ISP problem!

HELP!

Please don't double-post. You already posted this issue under

This happens often with CDO posters. They hit send and then they do not see it appear and then they hit Send again. Something to get used to. You see this on their sent time as shown.

Right, but someone has to educate them. :)
