Windows Mail... contacts with multiple e mail addresses

How do I select which e mail address to use from a contact that has multiple
addresses in their contact? There doesn't seem to be an easy way in WM.
Windows Live Mail allows this but it totally screws with your contacts folder
and synching with Plaxo is a nightmare with WLM. Any ideas?

In Windows Mail, I use only one email per contact, so a contact that has
multiple email addresses will require multiple contact entries:
John -home, John -@work, etc.

Not sure why you are having contacts problems with WLM, but this isn't
the right place to discuss that. WLM syncs with Hotmail, not with Plaxo.
