Suddenly out of no where a pop up box appears in the middle of all incoming
E-mail "LIVE WINDOWS TALK" and I cannot remove it. Said box blocks all
messages....how can I get this out of my life?
 
I believe that is part of the Windows live Messenger program,
so if you don't need it, uninstall it.

Which email program are you using, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail,
or some other program in the Windows Live family?
