Hi,
everytime I try to/am in the process of sending an email out using microsoft
word 2000, it crashes. sometimes the email will actually get sent out.
sometimes it won't. but I'll always see it in my windows live mail 'sent
items' folder.
Then I have the option of 'closing the program' or 'check onlien for a
solution and close', i choose the latter but nothing happens and the program
just closes. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Word 2000 is not fully compatible with Vista. Beginning with Office 2003,
the newer Office apps are fully compatible.

Are you using Word to create an attachment to be sent via email? If so,
the more compatible procedure is to save the Word document, close Word,
then open Windows Mail, and attach the Word document file.

Thanks a lot for all your help. Really appreciate it. I guess not being
fully compatible with Vista explains a lot about why I have other problems
with Word 2000! I will probably get a newer version, thanks again!
