You have probably wondered what the Windows key on your keyboard actually does apart from accessing the start menu. The "Windows Key" is usually located between the CTRL and ALT keys (with a Windows™ logo on it), and it can in fact do quite a few helpful things, such as perform some commonly used shortcuts:


Windows key = Displays taskbar and Start menu

Windows key + E = Starts Windows Explorer

Windows key + F = Finds files or folders
