Windows is Shutting Down

I have a user (WIN2000) who keeps getting random,
intermittant "Windows is Shutting Down". Then the machine
powers off like a normal shutdown. I replaced PC's, power
supplies (external transformer), checked the log files,
installed UPS in the office, maintain current anti-virus
software... all with no effect. This happens in different
applications... today while using the mouse, not keyboard.
At this point I'm inclined to say it is a user problem,
but I don't know how. What could a user be doing that
would shutdown a PC so quickly that all they would see is
the "Windows is Shutting Down." window? Is there anything
on a local network that might cause this? (like wake on
LAN in reverse?) The only message in the log files out of
place is: "Windows cannot determine the user or computer
name. Return value (1722). " Is it related? Any
suggestions?

Very much doubt that event ID is at fault....see

Maybe it does this when the user does something pacific.... ?
