windows installer

dunno if this is the right place but its as close as i
sould find. my computer refuses to install certain
things (namely system32 cabinets) files include champ
manager 4, msn6 and psp8. i think i need to reload
windows but wasnt supplied with a restore cd(i hate
pcworld) any1 got any ideas, can i get a new installer
for just windows installer?

Yes there are ways to reinstall your windows installer.

I have reinstalled mine before. From your home page, key
words "windows installer" and then from there pick the
best page for your system. If you dont understand, e-mail
