I cannot down load from the internet. It fails with "file corrupted". I
have gone to the MSN site to down log MSN installer 3.1. But it fails.
What can you suggest for me do do inorder to get the latest version of the
installer?

What is "it"?

We rely totally on your explanation to answer your question. We're all
volunteers here...nobody works for Microsoft and nobody gets paid. Not
everyone has the patience to try to figure out what you mean.

That being the case, your best chance at getting the correct answer
comes when you describe your issue completely and in detail.

MSN is a division of microsoft,actually it's a ISP (internet service
provider),
