Windows Installer?

Hi everybody, I've just done a major clean up ( perhaps to good a clean up as
I needed to system restore right after) but anyways now using my lap top I
have a window installer program running for an unspecified file and it always
says "Preparing to install" and when I cancel this it comes back, any help
would be much apreciated.

Hi K.R.

You might have removed a Key Registry Entry. See exactly what it wants
to install, by allowing it to continue.

Then reinstall the program again.
