Ever since we connected to the internet via direcway
satelite I have been having trouble with a windows
Installer program opening constantly. I have to use "end
task" to close it. The message is "The feature you are
trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable." Then it looks for a .msi file that it says
is missing from a program. It was a demo program. I can't
uninstall with the control panel option. When I tried
deleting the file it still didn't stop the error. HELP!!

Had the same problem when I tried to start any
applications. Found out the the security access to my C:
drive and personal folder under document and settings had
changed. Allowed everyone access and it corrected the
problem on my machine. So programs when started the first
time after reboot requested the CD but after that they
worked fine. Hope this helps.
