Windows Installer runs every time I login

The Windows Installer application runs everytime any of
the users on the machine login, including the
administrator. The window is open for 3 seconds, and then
goes away. Is there a way to determine what the OS is
trying to install? I can't determine if it is failing each
time, or why an application would need to be installed at
every login. Any ideas?

Look in the Event Viewer.
