Hello Newsgroup helpers. I have been using various
registry fixers lately, and had to rollback to an earlier
date, because (apparently) I had deleted a device driver
which allows my computer to receive wave files when
visiting a site which has audio and or video codexes for
information sharing online. The new problem, after
rollback was accomplished, is where the Windows XP
Installer now runs as a task in and of itself, and I have
no idea what it is preparing to install. The Event log
shows various wierd items- such as service control
manager being activated, which in itself isnt bad I
suppose- but here is another anomalie.. my system now
shuts itself off usually in early am around 3am or so- (I
do have CPU Cool installed, but since I am not using it
at this time, no system intensive tasks would heat up as
to activate shutdown- maybe I have a unknown virus?

Anyone who can assist, I appreciate- If this hotmail box
is full, ((cc to this in case) use (e-mail address removed))
use the in bracket email. Thank you. (as a return favor I
do free online lifestyle counseling). William
