Windows Image Component (WIC) C# coding examples

Please pardon if this is not the best newsgroup for this posting, but
could someone point me to where I can find some complete C# code
samples for using WIC. I cannot currently figure out what references I
need to include in my VS project in order to use WIC. My C# is a
little rusty.
