Windows Freeware Video Capture by Schedule?

We just bought my daughter a WinTV USB by hauppauge.com and the hardware
and program rocks. We can record while watching and set a schedule to start
the program and change channels but we can not TV Schedule a recoding,
seems we can only reocrd while viewing.

So my question is:
Is there a Freeware solution to record a certain part of the windows screen
at a certain time and capture the audio as well?

I love the Freeware product CamStudio but I can not schedule this to start
recodring I have to be there for it, so if thats the case I might as well
use the built in recorder but I want to set it to record shows while I am
not there.

I believe iuVCR will do what I want but thats a payware solution and I want
to find a freeware solution.

So if anyone can suggest a sollution the please do so.

I guess what I am looking for is a TV Tuner software with scheduled
recording but that will work with
