windows file virus/worm

My McAfee anti-virus picked up this when i
scanned.....C:\WINDOWS\WSEM216.DLL....says it cannot be
cleaned...it is a windows file so i dont know if i should
delete/remove it or what...any help is greatly
appreciated in advance..thank you
