Windows file sharing

Hello, I'm a really newbie when it comes to Windows networking. I have
run the home networking setup wizard on two different machines, but
they still don't see each other. They are connected via a hub. One is
Windows XP home and the other is just Windows XP. I made a shared
folder on one of them. I just don't know how to go about it. Can anyone
help? Thanks in advance!
