Windows File Protection

I just purchased a new HP computer with XP Professional
already loaded. I'm trying to install my Publisher 2000
software, but during installation I get a "Windows File
Protection" screen and it asks me to install my "Windows
XP Professional Service Pack 1 CD" now.

What do you do when the program is preloaded and you
don't have this CD?
