Windows File Protection Error

[Annoyed]

I keep getting this popup message that looks like this

Retry -- More Information -- Cancel

No matter how many times I press retry, while my CD is in
the drive, the message wont go away. I've pressed cancel,
and it immediately pops up again.

Running: XP Pro, with SP1

Can Someone help me here?
