Windows File Protection - error msg after SP3 installation

Hello, I have installed SP3, and now get the "Windows File
Protection" error meg constantly, I have looke on the
Microsoft website, and they have said what the cause of
the problem is, and that you have to contact them for a
fix, or alternatively install SP4, which unfortunately
does not work - I have installed it succesfully on other
computers!!??

Could anyone tell me where to get the fix...pls

If the kb says to contact MS for a fix, for the specific problem,then thats
what you do, at the contact # for yr area.
