Windows Fax Console - XP - TIF files & how to set another viewer

I have the simple plain jane Fax Console set up and can send and receive
just fine. However, Fax Console only permits you to view incoming faxes as
a .TIF file. This would be fine except that on my system .TIF files are
associated with Photoshop. I'd like to use Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
just for viewing fax (.TIF) files. I know how to associate .TIFs with any
program using Windows Explorer. I do need to keep the global .TIF file
association with Photoshop for other business (graphics shop) needs. What
I'd like to end up with is to be able to view faxes with Windows Pic and Fax
Viewer for the Fax Console program ONLY. Unfortunately, in Fax Console,
when you drop down in the "Save As" dialog you have only one choice: .TIF.

Anyone know a way I can have this "hybrid" association that I'm looking for?

Thanks.

Hoib,

The hybrid association you're looking for is not possible afaik. However,
you may add a "open with Photoshop" to the .TIF files context menu.
