Windows Explorer - Folder view

Hi everybody,

I would like to be able to set windows explorer up so that it automatically
opens with the folder view in the explorer bar.

I want to do this from a shortcut on my desktop onto a particular folder.

No probs making it open to a particular folder but any help with making it
open with the folder view in the explorer bar would be much appreciated.

Explorer /e,foldername
as the command line.
