Windows Explorer Folder View Greyed out

Windows Explorer folders view on left hand side is greyed
out and unuseable. Any suggestions?

Hi Nick,

You may be able to solve this problem by reinstalling Internet Explorer. For more
information, see the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article that includes the
following...

"SYMPTOMS
In addition, the Folder view pane in Windows Explorer may be blank or gray
instead of having the folder tree view."

Or, if you want to try a registry fix published at the "Tech Support Guy Bulletin
