Using Windows XP Home. From one user, i can view all users files. From the
other user, can only view that users files. Both are Admins. i know i
changed something to get this to happen, but can't remember what i did or how
to undo it. Thanks.

File and folder permissions.

Just because someone is in the "administrators" group does not mean that
they see everything *by default* - just means they *can* see everything (not
encrypted/password protected/etc) with a little effort.

File and folder permissions may be set in such a way that the *group* can
see everything - they could also be set in such a way that only certain
USERS (by name) can see things.

unaccessable files > click on My Docs > Properties > Sharing tab > i
unchecked the "Mark this folder private" box. Still could not open from
other user. What am i doing wrong?
