Windows Errors

When ever I restart or shut down the computer I always get
a ending program box. It says end program - version.
Also another end program box comes up with Rundll32.exe.
Why is it doing this? Sometimes when I am online a small
gray box pops up in the top left corner that says version
ok or cancel. What is this? Can anyone help me?

Sounds like a TSR or a Trojan may have infected your machine. Ensure that
your virus signatures are up to date and check for banner trojans using
programs like AdAware.
