windows doesnt sturt up

I don't have a windows setup cd. after turning on my comp. it appears: "
windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM.
where can I download complete windows setup cd?

Download a complete xp setup cd....I dont think so,for that cd,you'll
need a retailer that sells xp.

If your CD came with your PC - known as an OEM product then contact your PC
manufacturer.
If it was a retail product then either return the CD to the retailer or look
