windows detecting 4 processors instead of 2

You have probably 2 Intel Xeon Processor over than 1.8
GHz. Theses processors using Hyper-threading, so you will
see 4 processors.

thanks for reply how can i stop hyper threading i am
facing slow disk accessing and want to test by disbaling
this HT. any idea.
