Windows Deployment Server

I stumbled accross this a little while ago. Apparently RIS is going to be
replaced by something called Windows Deployment Server. I've been trying to
find any information on this but the only thing I can find is this
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/windowsvista/deploy/winpe.mspx.
About half way down the page there is a refernece to WDS replacing RIS. Has
anyone heard anything about this. RIS is great but it does have its
limitations and I'm excited to see what has been improved.
