Yes thats alright, i am always very open with my Email address and house
address, phone numbers and had never any problem with it. Always had
good defense on my PC, from my PC start I work with Trend and never had
any problems. I have nothing to hide and i am no millionaire! So i dont
understand the most of the paranoia on the Internet.

I am also using a ISP which uses Spamhaus block/filters,
great for Spam fighting
http://www.spamhaus.org/

Hotmail/MSN/Lives junk filter is also good.

The simple secret then is to "hold the mouse button" and
"count to 10" before
any click if I got lost in this "Internet jungle".

Sorry About that, I read the whole thing and forgot to tell you that and
that it is good to do things like that. I have a subscription of a Dutch
PC magazine that also is active on the Internet that if they change
something on the server they make a Contest with prizes to win to hack

Of course... They had some trouble with updates this
weekend...

A lot of Vista testers which uses PC Cillin for Vista was a
little angry.

About spam I believe it´s better to pay a $ extra every
month and
the ISP filter/blocks, no "babysitting" with a personal spam
filter.

I am also mostly using Thunderbird with built in automagic
filter.

Nema problema...
