WINDOWS DEFENDER SHUTS OFF PERIODICALLY

There was a previous question posted by me but the link for the answer does
not work and I can not find the thread for the original question. My Windows
Defender shuts off periodically. I have no idea why. There is no particular
site I am on or anything. It is supposed to work with my Windows Live One
Care, but I wonder if this could be the problem? Thank you in advance for
your help in this matter.....again.

Not only could it be the problem, it is the problem. Windows Live OneCare
purposely disables Windows Defender because Defender's functionality is
included within WLOC:
